Privacy Policy for HypHex: World Conquest Effective Date: April 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the “HypHex: World Conquest” mobile application (the “App”).
Authentication Data: If you log in using Apple or Google, we collect your name, email address, and a unique user identifier (UID). We do NOT store or have access to your passwords.
Game, Profile & Leaderboard Data: We store your in-game progress, manually selected territorial coordinates (hexagonal grid), virtual currency (Hex Coin) balances, gamer tags, referral data, and game scores. Please note: By creating an account and playing the game, you explicitly consent to your gamer tag, game scores, and conquered territory statistics being uploaded to our servers. This data is collected to display your ranking publicly on our global leaderboard.
Location Transparency: The App does NOT track or collect your precise GPS location. Users manually interact with a map to select regions. We only store the coordinates of the areas you choose to interact with as part of the game mechanics.
Device & Advertising Data: We use mobile advertising identifiers (Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) to serve advertisements via Google AdMob.
Providing secure authentication and account management.
Operating the global leaderboard, which includes publicly displaying your gamer tag and game scores to other players worldwide to enable competitive gameplay.
Synchronizing game progress and manually selected conquest data across devices.
Processing referral rewards and maintaining the game’s economy.
Displaying advertisements to support the App’s free-to-play model.
Supabase: Our primary backend provider. Your data (excluding GPS location) is stored securely on their infrastructure.
Google AdMob: Displays ads. AdMob may use your device’s advertising ID to show relevant ads. You can disable this in your device settings.
Apple & Google OAuth: Used solely for secure identity verification.
Right to Delete: You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Exercise This Right: You can initiate permanent deletion within the App via Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account.
Effect of Deletion: Once confirmed, all your data (email, profile, and progress) is immediately and permanently removed from our active databases, including the global leaderboard.
International Data Rights (GDPR & KVKK) Users in the European Union (GDPR) and Turkey (KVKK) have specific rights regarding their personal data. We honor these rights (access, correction, erasure) globally for all our players.
Children’s Privacy HypHex does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
7.Account and Data Deletion Policy At HypHex, we provide our users with full control over their personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may use one of the following methods:
A. In-App Deletion (Recommended) You can easily delete your account directly within the app. Navigate to the Settings menu and tap the “Delete Account” button. This action will immediately and permanently trigger the deletion of your profile and all associated game data (including conquered territories, hex data, and rank information).
B. Manual Deletion Request If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to access your account, you can request data deletion by contacting us via email at hyphexgame@gmail.com. Please provide the email address associated with your account in your request. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.
